I righteous don’t want anything else to do with that car dealership or they cars because the company doesn’t handle business the right and the people have a bad way of talking to others. I righteous just need help with this situation.
All because I said I was going get a lawyer so there for I am still without a car today all because of that situation that happen, that could have been handled better than that but with them being so unprofessional I’m in the situation that I need help with because its just not right, in the story don’t make since because how can I spend nearly $6,000 on a car that they can just come get anytime they feel freely to. When I make it to Holmes Motor in Montgomery I get there they tell me I COULDN’T GET THE CAR BACK AT ALL.
So they give me the repossession guy number I call him about the car he go to tell me in order for me to get the car back I will have to pay 2 car payment meaning that’s $460 in on top of that I got to pay him $480, so I go to say I can pay the 2 car payment now but why does I have to you $480 so the man still talking.At this point I’m kind of upset about the situation in I said something about getting a lawyer because I feel like it was wrong in I couldn’t go to work behind that causing me to lose my job. I called the Holmes Motors In Montgomery where I’m leasing the car from they tell me my car has been repossessed because I was late paying the bill. Here go nothing I walk outside to go to work with the keys in my hand but no car outside. So 13 days later my car get repossessed, without me evening talking to anyone about anything. On 2/28/23 my car payment was due I miss that car payment all because my check didn’t hit my account on time due to a change of direct deposit form. I purchased an 2015 Ford Fusion from Holmes motors in Montgomery,Al on 11/30/22.
